S355J2G3 Grade Introduction:
S355J2G3 is a non-alloy structural steel grade compliant with the EN 10025:1990 standard, now updated to EN 10025-2:2004. Known for its exceptional corrosion resistance, S355J2G3 performs well in a variety of harsh environments, including exposure to high levels of chemicals such as nitric acid, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid. It exhibits good performance in reducing and oxidizing environments, and is resistant to stress corrosion cracking, crevice corrosion, and pitting.
